UV lacquers and UV varnishes are coatings that cure instantly under ultraviolet light. Compared with conventional drying they make production much faster and more efficient, and give the surface outstanding protection and appearance.
Being solvent-free or very low in solvent, they allow a cleaner production with lower energy use. We match the system to your product, your line and the gloss and feel you want.

What is the difference between UV lacquer and UV varnish?
Both are protective coatings cured by UV light. In the trade, “varnish” usually means a clear topcoat and “lacquer” a broader coating family; the right choice depends on the substrate and the required performance.
Which surfaces are they used on?
Solid wood and flooring, MDF and particleboard furniture panels, PVC edge banding, and PVC and paper decor foils are the main applications.
