Primers for Difficult Surfaces
Special primers that make coatings bond to glass, PMMA, polycarbonate and PVC, where adhesion is hardest.
A coating lasts only as well as it bonds. Glass, PMMA, polycarbonate and some PVC grades have low surface energy and do not readily accept paint or ink.
Our primers for these substrates build a bonding bridge before digital printing or UV lacquer, removing peeling, lifting and edge-delamination problems.

Do you test adhesion?
Yes. We verify adhesion on your own samples with cross-cut and tape tests and report the result.
How do we know which primer a surface needs?
We decide together based on the substrate, its cleanliness and the coating or ink going on top, running a trial where needed.
