The website www.zoomkimya.com (the “Site”) is operated by Zoom Kimya (the “Company”). By using the Site you accept the following terms.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about the Company’s products and its consulting and supply services. Its content is not an offer; scope, prices and timelines become binding only through a quotation or contract confirmed in writing by the Company.

Product descriptions are general information. When using chemical products, follow the product’s technical data sheet and safety data sheet (SDS), and run trials under your own conditions before use.

2. Forms

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to share any third-party information. Submissions are processed in line with our KVKK Privacy Notice.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, design, logos and images on the Site belong to the Company or are used under licence and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the Company’s written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to compromise the Site’s security, disrupt its operation or overload it with automated tools, or use its forms to send spam.

5. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate and current, but it may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or unavailability of the Site. Owners of externally linked sites are responsible for their content.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
